Full-Time Hires: 90-Day Guarantee
If a full-time candidate does not fully meet your expectations or voluntarily leaves, Power Staffing will replace the candidate at no additional charge for up to 90 days after the employee’s initial start date.
This guarantee is invalid if the candidate is terminated due to layoff or insufficient workload.
Temporary Hires: Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a temporary employee for any reason, we will work to secure a replacement until the problem has been resolved to your satisfaction.
